Believing in the statement, “Forget about the sales you hope to make and concentrate on the service you want to render,” I will make every effort to provide “EXCELLENT” service to every client, customer, and contact that I have the opportunity to work with.  My purpose in working each day will be to be a faithful, reliable, honest, loyal, careful servant to all of my clients, customers, contacts, and business associates. I will put into practice at every opportunity the command found in Philippians 2:4, “Let each of you look out not only for his own interests, but also for the interests of others.” My example will be Timothy, in his concern for those entrusted to his care, as mentioned in Philippians 2:20, “For I have no one like-minded (such as Timothy), who will sincerely care for your state.”

 

In addition to my service, I will purpose to never stop learning. Whether regarding the technical details of real estate, continuing education required by my principal broker and the State of Oregon Real Estate Agency, sales training, finance and mortgage information, title insurance information, or any other material that would be beneficial in the pursuit of serving my clients, customers, and contacts, I will devote the energy, attention, and time to learning and keeping that information.

I will continually strive to be true to the statement, "The secret of success is constancy to purpose." The quality of perseverance will define my approach to this business, whether regarding pursuing my client's best interests, or my own work habits, or any other matter relating to this business.  "Quit" will not be permitted to enter my thinking or affect my actions in relation to my serving my clients, customers or contacts.

In conclusion, I believe that it is my mission in life to be a servant, and will devote myself to that end in the real estate industry.
